Open Settings to manage your account. Settings opens over the page you were on. Press Escape or select × in its top right corner to close it and go back to that page. On desktop, choose a section from the sidebar, where a line separates each group of sections. On a phone, choose a section from the section list, then return through the Settings link. Customize remains separate at the top right.

To get back to the overview on desktop, choose Overview at the top of the sidebar.

Settings opens on an overview of how people register with you. It lays your settings out in the order people meet them: your address and home page, when they register, after they register, and what happens to their details. Each section shows the main thing to know about it, such as how people can pay, how many tax rates you have, or who gets order emails. Select a line to open its section at that setting, which is highlighted.

Sections that people who register never meet, such as Team, are listed by name underneath. A section with nothing in it yet, such as Workflows before you've made one, isn't listed there, but it's always in the sidebar.

When something you've switched on can't work without one more thing, a box at the top says what's missing. For example, if bank transfer is on, invoices need your business name and address. The box only lists things you've switched on, and it goes away when they're all set up.

The Customized tab lists every setting that's different from Tito's default, and every event that answers a checkout question differently from your account. Select a setting's name to go straight to it in its section.

To put a setting back, select Reset to default on its row. It shows what the setting is now and what it becomes, and Reset changes that one setting. Tax rates, your business details and document numbering are changed in their own sections.

General is the first section: the account's name, the address your public pages are served from, the switch that also lists your events on Tito's own site, and the Home page choice.

When space is limited, the account name stays on one line and ends with an ellipsis.

Your address is stated under Your public pages. It is a .go.tito.io address until you claim a domain of your own, and then it is that domain. You never have two addresses to keep track of: being listed on Tito is a separate yes or no, not a second address you manage.

Home page picks what visitors see first at your address. It can be your events list, which is the default, or one event, or a page you've made. The list offers public events and published pages, so you can only point it at something visitors can already see. Your listing on Tito always shows your events list, whatever you choose here.

Good to know

Turning the Tito listing off sends visitors who follow a go.tito.io link to your admin sign-in instead. Your own address keeps working, and so does any order or ticket link already in a booker's inbox.
