Getting started

A tour of Tito

The five screens you use most, in the order you come to them, on a made-up event.

Your events

This is the first screen after you sign in. The event you worked in last is at the top, and the rest follow, soonest first.

What you sell

A ticket type is one of the things people can choose. It has its own name, price and cap. You can also build one ticket type out of others and price it as a combination.

What people see

Your event page is on your own address. You can restyle the whole thing or leave it as it comes.

Who bought, and who's coming

Every sale becomes an order, and every ticket in it becomes an attendee with a name of their own. You handle refunds, resends and changes of attendee from here.

The door

On the day you work from a check-in list. Scan a ticket, or find someone by name when they can't show one. Several people can work the same list at once.

What the rest builds on

Those five screens cover the event, what you sell, what people see, who bought and the door. Everything else builds on them: discounts, invitations, tickets set aside for a group, questions you ask at checkout, another language, and your own website.

When you're ready, Your first event takes a name and gives you a page you can share.

Still stuck?

You can let someone at Tito sign in to your account for a set time, and see every visit they made.
