Open Badges under Manage, then select Badge settings
The badge opens full screen, with the settings beside it. Your changes show on the badge as you make them, and stay a draft until you select Save. Badges print as they were last saved.
Select Discard to throw away the changes you haven't saved.Leaving Badge settings keeps them: they're still there when you come back. Until you save them, printing and check-in say so, with Save changes right there.
Select Undo under the badge to take back your last change, and again for the one before it.Command-Z, or Ctrl-Z on Windows, does the same.

Choose what's On the badge
A name is always included, whole or as first and last name. Switch the others on or off. Something you switch on for the first time goes under the name, and when there's no room left, everything under the name moves closer together and gets smaller to fit it. Something you switch off keeps its place, ready to switch back on.
To start from a ready-made layout, select Start from a layout… under the list. There are six, each drawn with one of your attendees, and two of them are for A6 and 4 × 3 inch cards. The one you choose replaces what's on the badge and where it goes, and stays a draft until you select Save. The A6 and 4 × 3 inch layouts change the card size too. A layout with a company line uses your event's question about a company or organization, if it asks one.
Any question your attendees have an answer to can go on a badge, including the ones only your team sees. Those are marked Just your team in the list. Switched on, the answer prints on the badge for anyone to read.
Switch on First name or Last name to put the name on two lines. The name's place is split between the two, and Name switches off. Switch Name back on and the first and last name switch off, so the name is never printed twice. The two are set at one size, and that size is the same on every badge, so a short first name never prints bigger than the last name under it. To let each one fit its own space instead, select either one and switch off Match first and last name. A name is split the way the person entered it, or the way names are read in the event's language.
With one name above the other, each prints against the line between them. The gap between the first and last name is the same small one on every badge, however long the names are. A name with only one part prints in the middle of the space the two share. To print the last name first, select either one and switch on Last name first. The two swap places.
Switch on Organizer name or Logo to print your organization on every badge. The name is the Account name in Settings, and the logo is the one you uploaded for your event in Customize. A logo added as a web address doesn't print. Until there's one to print, its row in the list links to where it's set. The logo is shown as large as its space allows, without stretching.
A ticket nobody has been named on prints without a name.Somebody who bought five tickets and hasn't said who they're for gets five badges with the name space empty. The Name switch counts them, so you can chase those names first or write them at the desk.

Select something on the badge to change it
Its menu opens beside it on the badge, with its alignment, its weight, Wrap, Text size and Remove. Drag it to move it, or drag its corners and edges to resize it. Its position and size are also in millimeters beside the badge, from the top left corner, and you can type them. With the keyboard, the arrow keys move it, and Alt with the arrow keys resizes it.
Nothing on a badge covers anything else.Move or resize something onto another line and that line moves aside, just far enough to clear it.
go.tito.io/acme/summer-fetes-summer-fete/admin/badges/editor?box=nameWrap breaks long text onto a new line before it gets smaller.Text size sets the text as large as it fits on each badge, at one size on every badge, or at a size you choose. At one size, every badge uses the size the longest one fits, so a short name doesn't print bigger than a long one. With Set size, type a size in points. The text prints at that size, and smaller only on a badge where it's too long to fit. With the first and last name matched, the two print at the size the longer one fits, even if you set a bigger size on one of them. If its space is too short for the size, the space grows to fit it.
Use the arrows under the badge to see each person's, and Longest name for the worst case. -
Choose the Font
Everything on the badge is set in it: Inter, or one of the fonts you can choose for your event's pages. The text is still set as large as it fits. Each font's name is shown in that font. Type part of a name to find it.

Open Print settings and choose the Card size
The list fits the common badge stock. Custom size… takes a width and a height in millimeters instead. Everything on the badge scales with the card.
To use another event's badge settings, select Copy from another event… under Card.Choose the event and its card and paper, font and layout replace this event's. Duplicating an event brings its badge settings with it too.
-
Choose the paper, the order and crop marks
The paper is A4 or US Letter, or Custom paper… for a sheet size you type in. Crop marks are for plain card you'll cut yourself.
