Give a ticket its own time

For a wine tasting at four, or anything that happens at its own time rather than the event's.

Most tickets go by the event's date. Some do not: a wine tasting inside a festival, a workshop on the second morning, a dinner on the Friday.

Give the ticket its own time and it says so everywhere it matters.

1. Open the ticket type and select Edit

2. Select the Advanced tab

3. Switch on Set a date and time for this ticket type

4. Set the start and the end, then select Save

   Switch it back off and the ticket goes by the event's date, which is what

   every ticket does until you say otherwise.

Where it shows up

• On the ticket itself, under Your schedule.
• In the confirmation email, in the section of the same name.
• In the calendar file, as its own entry with its own time, so it lands in a diary at four o'clock rather than at the start of the festival.

Good to know

• Nobody is asked to choose it. There is one time and it is the ticket's, so it is stated rather than offered as a question at checkout.
• It is not an offering. It will not appear in your Offerings list beside the workshops, and there is nothing to connect: the ticket carries it.
• Changing it moves the time for everyone holding that ticket, and the ticket page and calendar file follow.
• A bundle has no box for this. A bundle is a set of tickets and each one carries its own time already.
