Limit a colleague to a series
Limit somebody's access to one series of events instead of the whole account.

Select Whole account on the person's row

Choose Only these series and tick the ones they look after

A series is one of three ways to draw the line. Named events, or every event are the other two.
Their role doesn't change. An admin limited to a series is still an admin, and what changes is where those things apply. They see that series' events on their account home and on their events list, and they can open those events. An event you add to the series later is covered straight away.
What stays with the account
These parts of your admin belong to the account: Account settings, Customize, custom pages, workflows, contacts, buyers and the appearance of your account. Those leave their account bar and don't open.
Good to know
The question is only asked of other roles.
Somebody limited only to that series sees nothing until you give them another series, or hand them the whole account.
- Only these series is offered once you've made your first series. Before that the row offers the whole account, every event, or named events.
