1. Open the question from Questions and scroll to Answers

   For a Pick one, Pick any, Yes or no or Checkbox question, each answer gets a row with a count and a share.

2. Read No answer as a real row

   It counts the people who were asked and said nothing, so it's your chase list. A Checkbox question has Ticked and Not ticked instead.

3. Narrow to one ticket type

   Where a question is on more than one ticket type, you can switch between them. The counts, Open as a report and Export all follow.

4. Select a row to see those people

   Any row opens your attendee list narrowed to the people who gave that answer, including No answer. While the list is narrowed to a question it has an extra Answer column showing what each person said, with the question itself named in the filter above it. Message them or Export from there, and the export takes exactly who you're looking at, answers included.

   A question on the booking form is counted in orders.

   A question asked of the person booking gets its own set of rows headed Orders, because one order holding four tickets was asked once. Those rows are counts only, and the Export beside them takes that breakdown.

   A question about an item is counted on its own.

   A question on an item is counted once per item ordered, in a second set of rows headed with the item's name. Those rows are counts only, and the Export beside them takes that breakdown.

   A question on portals is counted in portals.

   Portals get their own set of rows headed Portals. Each row is a number of portals rather than of people, and selecting one opens your portals list narrowed to the portals that gave that answer.

5. Or select Open as a report to keep it

   That opens the same question in the report builder, where you can add a date range, save it under a name, or come back to it later. See Reports.

   Short answer, Long answer, Date, Number, Phone number and File upload questions have no rows to draw, so the section says how many answers there are and takes you to them. On a question asked of attendees that is your attendee list, narrowed to everyone who answered, with a column of what they said. On a question asked on the booking form or about an item, it is that section's Export.

   A question you have switched off still shows its answers.

   Taking a question off every place in Where it’s asked stops it being asked. The answers already collected stay, and this section still counts them. It drops the "of 40 asked" half of the line, and there is no No answer row.

   Open as a report still works. The report builder lists the question marked switched off, and counts the answers you collected.

   A Pick any question counts choices, not people. Somebody who ticks two boxes adds one to each row, so the rows add up to more than the number who answered. The line underneath says how many people that was.
