Choose where a ticket is sold

Every place a ticket appears, on one list: your event page, audiences, requests, widgets, portals, invitations.

6 steps · About 3 minutes

  1. Open the ticket type's own page

    Your eventSet upTicket types
  2. Read Where it’s shown

The section lists the places this ticket appears, and nothing else. Each row gives the page's name, its address, and what kind of place it is.

  3. Select Choose places

The panel lists every place on the event, with a switch on each. It covers your Main event page, audience pages, request forms people can ask for it on, widgets on your own website, portals that hand it out, and invitation lists guests can claim it from.

  4. Turn on the places this ticket should appear

Then select Save. A page turned off stops offering the ticket straight away.

Search by name or address, or filter by kind, to find one page among many. Both appear once the event has three places or more.
  5. Or take one off from the section

The ✕ at the end of a row stops this ticket appearing there. Every other row is left as it was.

Each of these can be changed from its own page too. See Audiences, Ticket requests, Widgets, Portals and Invitations.
  6. Set what each portal charges, if anything

A portal's row in the panel has a price box. Blank hands the ticket out free. The amount shows in the section beside that portal's address.

A widget set to Everything on sale reads Always shown and has no switch. To narrow it, go to the widget's own page, under What it lists.
Each one has to keep at least one ticket type.

If this is the last ticket type a portal, a request form or an invitation list has, turning it off is refused. Give that portal, form or list another ticket type first.

A widget has to keep at least one ticket type too.

A widget listing no ticket types sells everything on sale, so turning off its last one would widen it instead of emptying it.
