Decide who gets in
Read the requests and approve the people you want, and each approval sends an invitation.

Open Ticket requests and select the form
Requests Waiting on you are the ones you haven't decided on yet. Select somebody's name to read their answers in full.

Select Approve on their row
A short step opens, where you can give them fewer places than they asked for, or a different ticket type the form offers. Their invitation then offers exactly what you gave them.

Select Approve and send the invitation
That sends the ordinary Tito invitation. With a free ticket type they claim their place, and with a paid one they pay as they claim.
A form that takes card details when people ask works differently.Approving charges the card they left and emails their ticket. See Ticket requests.

To turn somebody down, use the row's actions menu and select Turn down…
The confirm step says whether an email goes out. If that form's rejection email is on, you can skip it for this one person.
Turning somebody down is final.You can't approve them afterwards.
The page they landed on after asking tells them where they stand.It says they didn't get a place even when no email went out.
