Unlist an event

Keep an event off your public lists while anyone with the link can still open it and buy.

4 steps · About 1 minute

  1. Open the event's Settings

    Your eventSettings
  2. Under Visibility, choose Unlisted

    go.tito.io/acme/summer-fetes-summer-fete/admin/settings
  3. Select Save

  4. To undo it, come back here and choose Public

An unlisted event has an Unlisted label beside its name on its own overview and on your events list. Selecting the one on the overview opens Visibility in a panel over the overview, so you can change it without leaving the page.

Good to know

The event page stays open to everyone.

The event comes off your public event list, off its series page, and off the event list on your own site if you've built one. Anybody with the link can still open the event page and buy tickets, and every other link keeps working.

  • Search engines can still find the event page. To ask them not to, turn off Let search engines index this event on the same panel.
  • To close the event page to anyone without a link you gave them, choose Secret instead. See Make an event secret.

Still stuck?

You can let someone at Tito sign in to your account for a set time, and see every visit they made.
