Add more codes to a discount

Give a discount you already have another code, a batch of unique ones per sponsor, or a list you already have.

1. Open one of the codes, then its batch under Came in with, and select Add a code

   The menu offers One you type, Generate codes and Import codes. Every code you add here gets the same discount as the ones already there, and the discount's dates cover it.

2. For a code you print or put in a newsletter, choose One you type

   Code starts from the discount's own name, and you can type over it. How many times it can be used is blank for no limit.

3. For codes that work once each, or a set number of times, choose Generate codes

   Set How many, up to 500 at a time. If you need more in one go, contact Tito support. Start every code with gives them all the same opening, such as SPONSOR, and the rest of each code is random. Nothing is added between the two, so end the opening with a dash if you want one. An example code under the box shows what yours will look like. How many times each code can be used is blank for no limit.

4. For codes you already have, choose Import codes

   Paste them under Paste codes, or upload a CSV file. The import runs when every row is valid, and invalid rows are listed by line number.

5. Say What it’s for, or leave it out

   Only you see what you write there. It shows under the codes in your lists, so you can tell one batch from another.

6. Open a code for a link that applies it

   Link that applies this code is a link to your event page with the code already on the order. Copy it and send it to whoever the code is for. It works even when the promotion code field is hidden on your event page, booking form or widget.

   Every batch keeps its page.
