Your account

When the money reaches you

Where the money goes after a buyer pays, and when it arrives in your bank.

Card payments go straight into your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays them out to your bank on the schedule set on that account. Tito never holds your money.

Your first payout takes longer than the ones after it. It usually arrives 7 to 14 days after your first payment, and how long depends on the country your Stripe account is registered in. Payouts after that are automatic, and most accounts get them on a rolling basis two to four business days behind each payment.

Your Stripe dashboard shows the date of the next one and lets you change the schedule. Tito doesn't set it.

What you're paid

A payout is what buyers paid, less Stripe's fee and Tito's. Both come off each payment as it's taken, so what reaches your bank is lower than the totals in your reports. Your Stripe dashboard gives the fees on each payment.

Bank transfers

A transfer reaches you one of two ways, and Where transfers go under Account settings then Invoicing chooses which.

With Buyers wire to the account above, buyers send the money to your own bank account. It goes straight from their bank to yours, as fast as the transfer takes, and you mark the order paid when it arrives.

With Stripe supplies the account details, buyers send the money to an account Stripe gives them. It arrives in your Stripe balance and pays out with everything else.

See Add your bank details for setting those up.
