Ask every portal the same thing

Set one question across every portal on the event, including the ones you add later.

3 steps · About 2 minutes · Needs: A question in your library, and portals on the event

  1. Open the question in Questions and select Ask it somewhere else

    Your eventSet upQuestions
  2. Tick All portals and select Ask it there

    go.tito.io/acme/summer-fete/admin/questions/3
  3. Set the new All portals row to Optional or Required

It covers portals you add later.

A portal you make next month asks the question from the moment it opens.

To hold one portal back, select the pencil beside All portals. The panel lists every portal the rule asks. Untick one and it stops asking, and the rest carry on.
Turning the rule off leaves every portal still asking the question.
Only questions somebody else answers can go on a portal.

A question you record yourself goes on a ticket type instead.
