Give a colleague access

Invite one person or a whole list to your account and set their permissions.

1. Open Account settings then Team

2. Enter their email and choose a role

   The invitation is at the top of the members list. To invite several people at once, paste their addresses into the same box, one per line or separated by commas. A list copied from a calendar invite or a spreadsheet works as it is. Each address shows in the box on its own, and one that doesn't look like an email address has a warning mark. Everyone on the list gets the role you choose. Owner, admin, staff, door, viewer or copy reviewer. Open What each role can do on the same page to see what each one reaches. See Team.

   The email’s button opens a page that says who invited them, to which account and with which role. They choose to join and set up a passkey or authenticator app if they’re new to Tito. If they open the invitation more than 15 minutes after you sent it, they confirm the address you invited from a second email first. They land in your account’s dashboard. Until then they can’t see anything in your account, and they’re listed under Waiting for a reply on Team.

   Inviting somebody who's already a member changes their role and sends no email.

   That's only when you invite them on their own. In a list of several, anyone already on the team keeps their role, and the page names them.

   If some addresses in a list can't be used, everyone else is still invited.

   The box keeps only the ones that didn't work, each with a warning mark. Select an address to change it, or its × to remove it, then select Invite again. You can invite up to 100 people at once.

   Until you connect Stripe, you can invite 20 people a day.

   Resending an invitation counts as one of them. Past that, the addresses you haven't invited stay in the box. Connect Stripe to invite them straight away, or select Invite again the next day. Each day starts at midnight UTC.

   Only an owner can invite an owner.

   An admin can invite anyone else.

   An invitation lasts 14 days.

   Resend sends a new one with a fresh 14 days, and the old link stops working. Withdraw… cancels it.

   If the email couldn't be sent, the page says so.

   Open the menu on their row and select Resend to try again.
