Find a person or a reference across every event in your account.
What you can do here
The search box on your account home looks through the orders and attendees of every event you can see, at once. Type a name, an email address, or an order or ticket reference.

Matches appear as you type, and pressing Return opens the full list. Each result says which event it belongs to, and opening one takes you straight to that record inside that event, where you can refund, resend, edit or check someone in as usual.
Results are ranked, so an address or a reference you have pasted in comes first, then everything else, newest first.
Good to know
- A colleague whose access covers a series or a few named events searches only inside those events. Their results can be shorter than yours for the same search, and nothing tells them a match exists elsewhere.
- Searching needs at least three letters.
- A busy search stops at 50 results and says so. Type more of the name or address to narrow it down.
- An order matches on the name, address and reference of whoever placed it. A ticket matches on its attendee's name, address and reference, and on the address of the person who booked it, so somebody booking three tickets for other people is found along with all three.
