Tito support
Ask Tito a question, and let someone at Tito sign in to your account for a set time.
What you can do here
When you've asked us about something we can't work out from the outside, you can let us in. Tito support is one switch. Turn it on and someone at Tito can sign in to your account, and turn it off to stop them.
It starts off, and only somebody on your own team can turn it on.
How long it lasts
Access ends by itself. You pick 24 hours, 1 week or 30 days, and when the time is up it stops with nothing for you to remember. While it's on, How long Tito staff can sign in for changes the time you picked.
You can also turn it off at any point, and it stops that second.
What we can do while we're in
We get your own level of access, and nothing beyond it. If you can only work the door, that's all we can do either.
Owners are the one difference. Nobody at Tito can ever be an owner, so an owner's switch gives us admin access, which leaves out your team, your payment details and your billing.
Who can turn it on
Anyone on your team, so whoever wrote to us doesn't have to find an owner first.
Seeing what we did
Tito staff sign-ins lists every visit, with the name of the person at Tito and the time. Everything we change while we're signed in also goes to your account's Changes feed, alongside the changes your own team made. Our rows are marked Tito support and show the address of the person who signed in, so you can see which changes came from Tito.
