Getting started

Getting help

Describe the job you're trying to do and get taken to the control that does it.

What you can do here

Every event screen has a Help me box in the bottom corner. It asks What are you trying to do?, so you describe the job in your own words. The box reads a whole question, so "how do I stop selling" works as well as one word does.

Two kinds of result come back. Most are jobs, and pressing one puts you on the field or the switch that does it, with the screen around it open. A few are answers, and those open where they are, so you can read one and still have the list.

Under the results, the box offers help articles about what you asked. They open in a new tab, so the box stays where it is.

⌘/ opens the box on a Mac, and Ctrl / everywhere else.

When the box can't help

The last row is Can’t find the right thing? Send Tito a message. It takes you to Messages with Tito, where you describe the problem and somebody at Tito answers.

Good to know

The box answers about the section you're standing in first. Opening it on Orders and typing "cancel" puts the order rows above the rest, and the help article about the screen you're on is marked Read me.

Still stuck?

You can let someone at Tito sign in to your account for a set time, and see every visit they made.
