Only run it if enough people ask

Set a number and a deadline, then decide to go ahead once enough people have asked.

5 steps · About 4 minutes

  1. Make a request form and choose It runs if enough people ask

Under How do you decide?, pick it and fill in How many people you need.

  2. Set a closing date

This mode needs one. It's the day you find out.

  3. Share the link and watch the meter

The form itself says it may not happen.

  4. If you hit the number, select the button on the callout

Nobody has been told anything yet. The confirm step that follows has the email everybody gets.

  5. If you don't hit it, decide what happens

Once the deadline has passed, Run it anyway… takes you to the same confirm step with whoever did ask. Call it off… turns down everybody who asked, and the confirm step says whether an email goes out.

Everybody who asked can see where they stand on the page they landed on afterwards.

That's true whether or not an email went to them.

Nobody is charged by this form.

Everybody you confirm gets the ordinary Tito invitation, so a paid ticket type takes payment when they claim their place. The Would raise figure is what those places would be worth.

Still stuck?

You can let someone at Tito sign in to your account for a set time, and see every visit they made.
