Data residency

See where your account's data lives.

Data residency is under Account settings. It shows which region your account's data lives in.

Where new accounts are set up

Every new account is set up in Ireland, and accounts can't be moved to another region for now. If your account's data needs to live somewhere else, contact Tito support.

What lives where

Events, orders, tickets and uploaded files are stored and backed up in the region shown. Sign-in, email sending and payment processing always run from Tito's systems in Ireland.

Read it over the API

GET /api/v1/account returns the account's slug, name and current region. The API reference has the full shape.
