Give people a file with their booking

Upload the manual or the floor plan once, then choose who can download it.

1. Open Downloads

   If it's not in the sidebar, add it from All features at the foot of the sidebar list. See Features.

2. Under Add files, select Choose files

   You can pick more than one at a time.

3. Give it a Name and a Description

   Both are optional. The name shows in place of the file name, and it's what the file saves as. A file called "ex-layout.pdf" can arrive as "Exhibitor Hall Layout".

   A name only applies when you add a single file. A description applies to every file in the upload.

4. Select Add files

5. Open the menu beside the file and select Where it’s shown

   The same menu has Edit details, where you change the name and description later.

6. Set the portals that should get it to On, and Save

   A portal with files switched off can still be set to On. The list says so beside its name.
