Stop one code working

Take a single code out of circulation, or a whole batch, while the coupon's other codes keep working.

1. On the coupon's page, open the code from Promotion codes

2. Open Actions, then Delete code or Retire code

3. Confirm on the page that follows

   The menu says which one you'll get.

   Retire code appears once somebody has used the code. It stops working, and it stays in your coupon report with the orders that used it. Delete code appears while nobody has used it. It removes the code outright.

   For a whole batch, use Remove codes on its row under Past batches.

   Every code in the batch that's still working goes at once. Codes nobody has used are deleted, and used ones are retired.

   The code stops working straight away.

   Anyone who types it at checkout is told the code isn't working. Orders that already used it keep their discount.
