Change a ticket's name, price or quantity

Change a ticket type's name, price or quantity, and the change is live as soon as you save.

1. Open the type's own page and select Edit

2. On Basics, change the Name, Description, Quantity, Price or the tax rate

3. Switch to Advanced for anything else

   Registration has the per-order cap, the companion rule, and the way to give the ticket away free with another one. Privacy has two switches. Anonymous tickets collects no attendee details and sends no individual emails. With QR codes off, attendees check in by name or ticket reference at a staffed desk.

   After registering has two settings. Override attendee changes controls whether attendees can edit their own details, and Allow downgrades lets a buyer swap to a cheaper ticket and get the difference back. If they used a discount code, the refund is the difference between what they paid and what the cheaper ticket costs them under the same code. Appearance color-codes the type in your own lists.

4. Select Save ticket type

   Lowering a quantity below what you've already sold cancels nothing.

   Sales stop at the new number. To take tickets back, void them from the order.
