Find an order

Search by name, email or reference, or narrow the list down to what you're looking for.

1. Open Orders

2. Search, or narrow the list

   Search takes a name, an email address or an order reference. Filter lists the things an order can be narrowed by. Choose one, such as Status or Payment method or Source, and the menu shows that question's answers. Choosing from more than one narrows by both. Sort puts the list in date, amount or email order.

3. Take a narrowing off

   Whatever you have chosen appears above the list, and the ✕ beside it puts that one question back to Any. All orders, at the top of Filter, takes them all off at once and keeps your search.

4. Select an order to open it

   Bookers reach their own order by the private link they were sent.
