Approve or turn down an invitation
Decide on people who signed up and are waiting for you, one at a time or several at once.
2 steps · About 1 minute
An invitation is Waiting on you when someone signed up and you haven't decided yet. These come across from Tito Pro, where a registration needed your approval. Their link tells them you've got their request, and lets them claim nothing until you approve them.

On the invitation's own page, select Approve or Turn down

Confirm
Approving lets them claim a place, and emails their invitation straight away. If they have no email address, send them their link yourself. Turning them down sends nothing, and their link says they didn't get a place.
You can change your mind.A turned-down invitation shows Not accepted, and its page still offers Approve.
Several at once
Filter your invitations to the ones waiting on you, and choose Select. Tick the people you want.
Open Actions and choose Approve or Turn down. The confirm page lists who it applies to and says how many of the ones you ticked aren't waiting and will be skipped.
Write to them without sending their invitation
Tito won't email an invitation that's waiting on you, or one you turned down, because its link has nothing for them to claim. A bulk send skips them and says how many.
To tell them something anyway, filter your invitations to Waiting on you or to Not accepted, one at a time.
Then open Actions and choose Message these people, which needs permission to send messages. The message says who it goes to, for example “Everyone you invited, on the Guests list, whose invitation is waiting on your approval”.
