Choose your order emails

Choose which events you get order emails about, and how often.

1. Open your profile menu, select Edit profile, then Notifications

2. Choose your Language

   It's used for every order email you get from this account.

3. Under Default, switch on New orders and choose How often

   The default covers every event, including new ones. Choose from:

   • Each one
   • Every 15 min
   • Hourly
   • Daily summary

4. To give one event its own emails, select Change beside it under Events

   An event you've changed reads Custom, followed by what it gets. Use the default puts it back.

5. Select Save

Good to know

• Switching an email on starts from the next order.
• Free orders are sent as registrations, with no amount. An email that includes a paid order shows its total, and its free orders read Free.
• An event set back to the same choices as the default reads Default again.
• Every order email you get ends with Change what you get, which opens this screen.
• The account's owner can see and change yours too, in Account settings.
