Integrations
Connect Stripe or PayPal so the account can take money, and connect the other services you use.
What you can do here
The connection lives on Tito's side, so there are no credentials for you to manage.
Taking payments at the top of the page says what selling costs before anything is connected: your Tito fee per ticket, which is the same whichever provider a buyer uses. Stripe and PayPal each charge a processing fee of their own on top, at rates they set.
Other services
Below the payment providers, Other services lists everything else the account can connect.
Some services connect by sending you to their own site to approve it. Before you get there, a page on Tito's side names the service and the account it's about to connect, so you can check it's the right one. Continue goes on to the service, and Go back without connecting returns you to this page. If you come back with the browser's back button after continuing, that page offers the way back here too. Start the connection again from here if it didn't finish. Others give you a key to copy, and their card shows an API key box for you to paste it straight into.
A key is usually the first step rather than the whole job. Where a service takes more setting up than pasting one, its card carries a link to the guide for that service, which walks the rest.
Keep your own copy wherever the service gave it to you. If you lose it, generate a new one at the service and paste that instead.
Where a connection isn't doing what you expect, the workflow that uses it records what happened on each run.
Good to know
Another role doesn't see it listed, and gets the forbidden page on opening the address itself.
- Disconnecting Stripe revokes it on Stripe's side too, so that's the only step.
- Disconnecting your only way to take payments stops paid ticket sales until one is connected again. The confirm page warns you when that's what a disconnect would do.
- Connecting both is fine, and buyers then choose at checkout. An event needs at least one to sell a ticket.
