Set up your own email sender

Point ticket and order email at a domain you own, verified through DNS.

5 steps · About 5 minutes · Needs: A domain you own, and access to change its DNS records

  1. Open Account settings then Email sender

    Your accountSettings
  2. Enter your Sending domain, From address and From name

The from address is the part before the @, like tickets. The from name is optional.

    go.tito.io/acme/admin/settings/email
  3. Select Set up sender

The sender goes to Waiting for DNS.

  4. Add every record the page shows, at your domain's own provider

Three groups: the DKIM CNAME records, an MX record on a mail. subdomain for bounces, and an SPF TXT record alongside it. Add them exactly as shown, since type, name and value all matter.

  5. Wait for DNS, then press Check now

Most providers apply a DNS change within minutes, and it can take up to an hour to be visible everywhere. Tito checks every 15 minutes, so press Check now when you'd rather not wait.

The sender goes live on its own once every record verifies

Once it goes Live, ticket and order email goes out from the address you set here.
