Task · Attendees

Add one attendee by hand

Put one person on the attendee list without sending them to the event page.

6 steps · About 2 minutes

  1. From the attendees list, select Add, then One at a time

    Your eventAttendees
  2. Enter a First name, and an Email if they should be sent their ticket

Last name and View all name fields are there for the rest of the name.

    go.tito.io/acme/summer-fete/admin/attendees?new=1
  3. Pick the Ticket type

  4. Choose Complimentary (free) or Published price, paid offline

Published price, paid offline records the price and collects no money.

  5. Leave Send confirmation email on, or turn it off

  6. Select Add attendee, or Save and add another if there are more to do

Save and add another comes back to an empty form with the same ticket type, price and email setting, and keeps a list of everyone you've added on this visit.

    More than a few people?

Add several attendees at once is a table you type or paste a whole list into.

    Something other than a ticket?

Create a full order on the same form covers quantities, products and payment links. See Create an order yourself.

Adding someone writes an order for them, at the price you chose.

A free one doesn't put Orders in your sidebar, so an event you only ever add people to for free shows Attendees. One with a price does. Each order is there either way, linked from the attendee holding its ticket.

Still stuck?

You can let someone at Tito sign in to your account for a set time, and see every visit they made.
