Choose what people see first

Put your tickets, add-ons and donations in the order you want them read.

4 steps · About 3 minutes

Your event page lists everything you sell in one order, top to bottom. Until you set that order yourself, things appear in the order you created them.

  1. Select Reorder

It's beside the New ticket type button on Ticket types, and beside New offering on Offerings. Both open the same screen.

  2. Move things into the order you want

Every row has arrows, and a grip you can drag.

  3. Name your sections, or add and remove them

A section is a heading and a place on the page. Clear a heading and the things under it show with nothing above them. Add a section puts a new one at the end.

  4. Select Save order

Nothing changes for people until you save. Cancel throws away everything you did here.

Good to know

A section appears once you have something to put in it.

Add-ons joins the list when you add a good, and Support this event when you add a donation. A section you add yourself is listed straight away, so you can name it and then move things in.

Removing a section never removes anything you sell.

Whatever was in it joins the section it merges into, and the Remove button names that section before you press it.

The arrows move things between sections as well as within them.

Keep pressing down at the foot of a section and the row moves into the next one.

  • An add-on attached to a ticket type is not on this screen. It follows the ticket it belongs to wherever that ticket goes.
Where a donation appears is how it's sold.

Under Support this event a donation has a row of its own and a box for any amount. Move it into a section of add-ons and people get it as an add-on, still with a box for the amount. Move it back to sell it under Support this event again. That section stays on the list while you have a donation anywhere, so there is always somewhere to move it back to.
