Choose which coupons come off a ticket

Set a ticket's discounts from the ticket, instead of opening every coupon in turn.

3 steps · About 3 minutes

  1. Open the ticket type's own page

    Your eventSet upTicket types
  2. Open the Coupons row

    go.tito.io/acme/summer-fete/admin/ticket-types/1
  3. Set every coupon that should come off this ticket to On

Every coupon on the event is in the row. Each answer saves as you make it.

The same thing is set from the other end on the coupon's own page, under Ticket types. See Set up a discount code.
A coupon marked All ticket types covers types you create later.
Taking a coupon off one ticket ends "all ticket types" for it.

From then on the coupon names the ticket types it applies to, and it stops covering types you create later. Tito asks first, and Limit and save writes it.

    • This ticket only marks a coupon that would apply to nothing if you switched it off here. Make that change on the coupon itself, by selecting its name.
    • Changing which tickets a coupon covers affects future orders only. Orders that already used it keep the discount they were given.
