Keep buyers on your own site at checkout

Choose whether buyers pay on your own pages or on Stripe's.

3 steps · About 1 minute

  1. Open the event's Settings, then Payment

    Your eventSettings
  2. Under Where buyers pay, pick one

On Stripe’s page sends the buyer to Stripe. On your pages and On your pages, with wallets and local currency both keep them on your own site. A new event starts on On your pages, with wallets and local currency.

  3. Select Save

Paying on your pages needs the Stripe publishable key on the account.

Choose it before that's in place and the panel says buyers will get Stripe's page for now.

Good to know

  • With On your pages, with wallets and local currency, the card fields take your event's colors, fonts and edges. The other two draw Stripe's own form, which follows your Stripe branding settings.
  • The forms on your own pages need JavaScript. Underneath each one is a button that pays for the same order on Stripe's page, so a buyer whose browser can't run the form still gets through.
