Give a group their own booking page

Give a group its own booking page showing only the tickets you choose for them.

6 steps · About 4 minutes

  1. Open Audiences and select New audience

If it's not in the sidebar, add it from All features at the foot of the sidebar list. See Features.

    Your eventShareAudiences
  2. Give it a Name, and a URL slug if you want to choose the address

Lowercase letters, digits and dashes. Leave it blank and it comes from the name. It can't change later.

    go.tito.io/acme/summer-fete/admin/audiences?new=1
  3. Add a Landing page intro if the page needs a few words

Bare links become clickable, and you can use bold, your own link text and paragraph breaks.

  4. Set Tickets per order if this group books in bulk

Blank sets no limit, so one order can include as many of a ticket type as there are left.

  5. Choose whether the page shows a promo code field, and whether it offers quotes

Both start on. Quotes here also need the event's own quotes setting on.

  6. Select Add audience

It has no tickets on it yet.

See Choose where a ticket is sold, or use Manage under Which tickets it shows on the audience's own page.

You can start from a ticket type instead. Under Where it’s shown, New audience takes a name alone and puts that ticket on the new audience.
