Invite someone to claim tickets

Send a personal link that turns into real tickets, without them going near your event page.

1. Open Invitations

   If it's not in the sidebar, add it from All features at the foot of the sidebar list. See Features.

2. Select Create your first invitation, or New invitation once you have some

3. Add a Name and Email, or leave them blank

   With an email you can send the invitation from here. Without one, you share the personal link yourself.

4. Set Tickets

   The total they can claim, including themselves. 1 to 50. You can raise it after they accept, and Tito asks whether to email them about the extra place. See Invitations.

5. Switch on the ticket types this invitation offers

   Each row says what that ticket costs this person. Type a price to charge them less than the usual one, or 0 to give it away. See Invitations.

6. Set a deadline, if this one needs its own

   Otherwise it works until you revoke it, or until its list's deadline.

7. Select Create invitation, or Save and add another if there are more to invite

   Save and add another comes back to an empty form with the same list, allowance, ticket types, prices and deadline, and keeps a list of everyone you've invited on this visit.

   You can make many links at once.

   Tick Mint a batch of single-use links under Anonymous links. Whoever opens a link claims it for themselves, and the link locks to that person. Every anonymous link asks for an email before it completes.
