Change an event's name, date or venue

Edit the basics everyone sees at the top of your event page.

4 steps · About 2 minutes

  1. Open the event's Settings

    Your eventSettings
  2. Change the Name, Venue or Description

    go.tito.io/acme/summer-fete/admin/settings
  3. Under Date and time, set the start and end

Tick All day to show the date and leave the times off. Type a Placeholder to show words in place of the exact dates. Pick the Timezone the times are shown in.

  4. Select Save

Changing the Web address moves the event's page, and the old address keeps working.

Anyone holding the old link is sent on to the new address, including printed links and tickets already emailed. The redirect has no time limit. It ends only if you create another event at that old address, which then answers there instead.

An event in a series is addressed under it.

Put the event in a Series and the series name goes in front of its address: type london for an event in the meet-tito series and the page is at /meet-tito/london. Moving an event into a series, out of one, or between two moves its address the same way, and the old address keeps working.
