Import a spreadsheet of discounts

Bring in many codes at once, each with its own amount, from a template you download.

1. Open Share and select Discounts

2. Select New discount, then Import discounts

3. Select Download the template

   It opens as a spreadsheet with the columns filled in and two example rows to replace.

4. Fill in a row per code

   - Code is what buyers type. It can be up to 191 characters long, without spaces, commas or any of / & % # ; ". - Type is percentage or amount, and Amount is the figure. Both are needed on every row. - Applies is ticket or order. Leave it blank for each ticket. - Start and End are dates, such as 2026-12-31, in the event's own timezone. Leave them blank for no dates. - Uses is how many times the code works. Leave it blank for no limit. - Label is a note only you see.

5. Paste the rows under Paste codes, or upload the file, and select Import codes

   The import runs when every row is valid, and invalid rows are listed by line number. Codes with the same amount, dates and ticket types are grouped as one discount, so changing one of them from the batch changes them all, and changing a code from its own page changes that code only.

   A list without the template's header row is refused here.

   A plain list of codes for one discount goes in from New discount under A list you already have.
