Open a waitlist for a workshop

Let people with a ticket wait for a place on a workshop that's fully booked.

1. Open Offerings and select the workshop

2. Under Waitlist, switch on Open a waitlist when an option is fully booked

3. Choose how often under Email one person every

   It's how long each person has before the next person hears about a free place. An hour suits most events.

   Each change saves as you make it.

   Only people with a ticket that includes the workshop can join, from their ticket.

   A place that frees up stays off your event page while anyone is waiting, and goes to the people on the list first.

   A timetable, or a ticket whose time is picked from a timetable, can't have a waitlist.
