Reset a reader's link, or retire it

Give a reader a fresh door link and PIN, or close one you're finished with.

1. Open On-site

   Your eventManageOn-site

2. To replace a link that has got out, select New link + PIN

   The old address and PIN stop working straight away. Any phone already on the door page is signed out.

3. To close a reader for good, select Archive

   Orders already taken through it keep working.

   Both ask you to confirm, and neither can be undone.
