Send your wording out for review

Share the wording across all your event pages with someone outside of Tito.

3 steps · About 4 minutes

You can generate a review link for when your copywriter, legal team, or colleague needs to check the wording on your event pages, but doesn't need access to Tito.

They'll see every screen a booker sees, with the wording in the order it appears. They can edit the copy and leave notes. Their changes won't reach bookers until you publish them.

The same words are also available as a spreadsheet, without the screens. See Edit your wording in a spreadsheet.

  1. Open Customize on the event, then the Words tab

  2. At the foot, open Every screen at once and select Create a link

If the event is in more than one language you get a link for each. Each one is its own review with its own notes, so the English and the Irish can go to different people.

  3. Copy the link and send it

It works for anybody who has it. No Tito login, and nothing to set up at their end.

Only an owner or an admin can make a link, because it shows every screen of the event to anybody holding it.

Who is reading

The link opens by asking who they are: a name, and a company if they have one. Both show against everything they write, so a note from your legal team and one from a copydesk are told apart.

I’m just looking goes straight in without a name. A reader who takes it can read every screen, and where they would have typed there's a link to add their name instead.

A name given once is never asked for again, and can be changed at the top of the page.

What they see

The journey runs down one page, a screen at a time, in the order a booker meets them. Beside each screen are the words on it, in boxes they can type into.

Tito's own wording stays underneath every box, and one press puts it back. A word that appears on more than one screen says so, and changing it changes it everywhere.

Their changes save as they type, and the screen beside them redraws so they can see the words in place.

Notes

Notes stack up rather than replace each other, so a second reader never writes over the first. Either of them can mark something resolved once it's dealt with. Nothing is deleted, and a resolved note can be opened again.

Notes are for you. Nobody booking a ticket sees them.

Publishing their work

Nothing they write reaches a booker on its own. It waits in your draft.

Open Customize and select Publish, and everything the review changed goes live with it. Discard throws it all away instead.

Select Revoke beside the link. It stops working straight away, and the notes and wording stay where they are.

A link works until you revoke it.
