Put your tickets on your own website

Paste two lines into a page you already have, and a widget appears there in your own design.

5 steps · About 8 minutes

  1. Open Widgets

    Your eventShareWidgets
  2. Pick the shape, name it, and say what it lists

A ticket list goes in the page, where you put it. A button opens the same list over the page. Both give you the same two lines of code, so you can switch between them later without touching your website again.

Only you see the Name. Under What it lists, Everything on sale keeps up as that changes, including ticket types you create later. Only certain ticket types fixes it to the ones you tick, and at least one has to be ticked.

You can also add a ticket to a widget from the other end, under Where it’s shown on the ticket type's own page. See Choose where a ticket is sold.

Colors come from your Customize settings. To match your own site instead, select Use colors from an image and pick a screenshot of it. You can change any color it picks by hand afterwards.
  3. Say which website builder you use

This changes the instructions on the next step.

  4. Paste the two lines into your page

Both lines go in the same place, anywhere on the page where the tickets should appear, and not in the <head>. They have to go in a block your editor calls HTML, embed or code. If the instructions don't match what you're looking at, select This doesn’t match what I’m seeing for steps that work anywhere.

  5. Load your own site in another tab

The moment we see the widget, the last step asks whether the address it found is yours. Select Yes, that’s my site, then Finish. An address you approve stays approved for your whole account, so the next widget on that site goes live as soon as it loads.

You never have to touch that pasted code again.

You edit what the widget lists, and everything else, on the widget's own page from now on.
