Share your event

Copy your event page's link, or download a QR code for it to print.

1. Open the event

2. Select Share

   It's at the top of the event's overview.

3. Select Copy link

   When you paste the link into a chat or a post, it shows a preview card. We make the card for you from your event's colors, typeface and artwork, with its name, date and venue on it, and we remake it when any of those change. To use your own picture or words, see How your event looks when you share it.

4. Select Download QR code

   Choose Image (PNG) or Vector (SVG). Both files are named after the event and have only the code on them.

Good to know

• A draft has no event page yet, so it has no Share button until you publish it.
• A QR code you've already printed keeps working if you change the event's Web address later.
