Getting started
Signing in
Sign in with a one-time email link and a 6-digit code from an app.
What you can do here
Enter your email on the sign-in page and a link arrives by email. It lasts 15 minutes and works once. If it hasn't arrived after a minute, check your spam folder and use Send it again.
Following it starts the second half of sign-in: a 6-digit code from an app on your phone or computer. The first time, Tito helps you install one. See Sign in for the first time.
If the link has expired or you've already used it, request a fresh one from the sign-in page. Asking for a lot of links, or a lot of codes, in a short time is rate-limited.
Once you're signed in, the session lasts 30 days.
Creating an account
If you don't have a Tito account yet, New to Tito? Create an account on the sign-in page starts one. You give an email address and follow the link, the same as signing in, and then you choose the account's address.
That address is where your events live, like https://yourname.go.tito.io.
The page shows the full address as you type it. Choose it carefully, because
it can't be changed afterwards.
A new account takes a few minutes to set up, and sometimes up to an hour. The page that waits for it refreshes on its own and opens your admin as soon as it's ready. You can close it and sign in later instead. If it still isn't ready after an hour, contact Tito support.
Good to know
Switching accounts
If your email is linked to more than one account, signing in shows you a list of them. One account takes you straight to its admin.
From inside any account's admin, the Current account switcher at the top lists your other accounts, pinned and recent ones first, with a Search accounts box for the rest. Selecting one switches to it. An account with its own single sign-on policy asks you to sign in again.
