Account billing
Check your monthly ticket-fee invoices and pay an outstanding invoice.
What you can do here
Open Account billing in Account settings to see your latest monthly ticket-fee invoices. Account owners can pay an outstanding invoice on Stripe or download its PDF. Payment options depend on the invoice.
Preparing invoice means the invoice is being prepared or checked. Needs review means Tito needs to check it before a payment link is available.
If your agreement includes a fixed fee per ticket, ticket fees are invoiced monthly, separately from upfront license, support and one-off charges. The proposal states the fee and whether it applies to tickets with a final price of zero.
A proposal covers one, three, six or twelve months, paid up front. It either ends after that period or renews every period until it’s canceled. The proposal says which.
A renewing proposal gets a new invoice for each period, for the same license and support without the one-off items. The invoice is raised 14 days before the period starts, or earlier if it gives you longer than that to pay, so it’s due by the time the period starts. Pay it by card or bank transfer, like the first one. Stripe emails it to your billing email, and you can also pay it from your accepted proposal. Each payment extends your period. If an invoice is still unpaid 30 days after it was due, your account goes back to its usual ticket fees and no more invoices are raised until it’s paid.
A prepaid license at one agreed price covers the full stated period in one payment and doesn’t renew. The period starts on the payment date once payment is verified. If we approve invoice credit terms and activate your offer before payment, the period starts at activation instead. You review the tax total and end-of-term choice before accepting.
In Account billing, you can check when your prepaid license period ends and what happens afterwards. The end date uses your time zone. After that date, the account returns to the free tier, or returns to the free tier with existing events archived, according to the saved offer. Widgets and audience pages can still sell tickets for archived events. If the period cannot be loaded, refresh the page.
Choose a license and a support option, shown side by side with their prices for the whole period, add any extras, and enter your business details. The total before tax beside them follows what you choose. The total including tax appears by itself after a few seconds. Review it and verify your email address, then open the terms on their separate page and scroll to the end to enable acceptance. You can accept with your name and consent before creating an account, then link the proposal to an existing Tito account or create one and pay the invoice. Stripe also emails the invoice to your billing email.
If your business has an EU or UK VAT number or an Australian ABN, enter it in Tax ID with your business details. For a number from anywhere else, contact Tito to add it. Stripe checks the number before you accept, which usually takes less than a minute. When it’s confirmed, the tax total applies the reverse charge where it’s due. If it can’t be confirmed, VAT is included and the proposal says so. You can still accept it.
If Tito cancels a proposal you accepted, it stops renewing, your account goes back to its usual ticket fees and any unpaid invoice for the proposal is voided. A paid invoice stays paid. If a refund was agreed, Tito support makes it separately. The proposal’s links say it was canceled.
Tito can also send you a proposal for extras on the account you already have, such as onboarding or a day of custom work. After you accept it, confirm the account it's for and pay the invoice. You need to be an owner of that account. If the extras change your transaction fee, the new fee applies once the invoice is paid, until your current plan ends.
