Your accountBuyers

A buyer registers once and can then request quotes or pay by bank transfer across any of your events. Nothing here changes a buyer's record: you can read their history and take a vendor form away with you.

go.tito.io/acme/admin/buyers

Open a row for that buyer's own page: their details, a spend total per currency, and their full quotes and orders, each linking into the event admin that manages it.

The vendor form

Some buyers cannot pay you until their finance team has set you up as a supplier. They ask for a form carrying your company details, and Vendor form on a buyer's page gives you one as a PDF you can send on or print and sign.

Fill the details in first, under Settings, Invoicing. Everything there is optional, and anything you leave blank stays off the form.

The form also carries the bank details that match the way you take transfers. If buyers wire to your own account, that account is on the form. If Stripe supplies the account details, the form carries the account Stripe issued for that buyer, once they have had one. Where there is neither, the form says the bank details come with the invoice.

Stripe can also write a letter confirming it holds the account behind

those details, which some finance teams ask for. There is no way to fetch it from here, so Bank confirmation letter opens the buyer in your Stripe dashboard, where the download lives.

Good to know

The spend total counts paid orders only, at their full original amount.

Pending, canceled and refunded orders stay out of it.

  • Quotes and orders are matched to a buyer on their email address. Capitals make no difference, so an order placed as Office@Example.org belongs to the buyer registered as office@example.org.
  • Exports live on each event's own orders list, where you can take a CSV of that event's orders.
