Stop using a question

Take a question out of your library, keeping the answers people already gave.

   The menu says which one you'll get.

   Archive question appears once somebody has answered the question. The question comes out of your library, every event and every picker, and every answer given under it stays where it is. Delete question appears while the question has no answers anywhere. It removes the question outright.

   You can still export the answers to an archived question.

   On any event where somebody answered it, the question stays in the export column picker marked archived. It starts unticked, so tick it when you want it in the file.

   An archived question can come back.

   The Questions list has an Archived tab beside Used on this event and All, and each question there has a Restore. On a phone it is in the row's ⋮ menu. Restoring brings the question back with every answer already given, and puts it back on the same places it was asked. The tab appears once you have archived something.

   Each row says what it is holding.

   The number of answers tells a question you meant to retire from one you archived by mistake. Beside it, the row says what restoring would put back on the event you are in: Not asked on this event means it comes back to your library and nowhere else, so put it somewhere from its own page.

   Two questions can end up with the same name.

   Archive a question, make another one worded the same way, and both exist. That row says same name as a live question and its control reads Restore… instead of Restore: a page that puts the two side by side with their answer counts, and lets you rename the one coming back. Rename it and only the name changes. Answers already given keep the question's wording, and the export name never moves.

   Deleting can't be undone.

   Making a new question with the same wording gives you a new question, with none of the old answers on it.
