Ask people if they're still coming

Put an "I'm still coming" button in a message, then remind whoever hasn't pressed it.

5 steps · About 3 minutes

  1. Open Messages and select New message

    Your eventMessages
  2. Choose who it goes to

To opens on Everyone with a valid ticket. Use Narrow it down to pick a ticket type or another condition.

    go.tito.io/acme/summer-fetes-summer-fete/admin/messages?compose=1
  3. Add a button from Insert, and under Where does it go? choose Saying they’re still coming

The button says "I’m still coming" unless you type your own words in Button says. It opens a page that asks whether they're still coming. Pressing the button there marks every valid ticket on their order as confirmed.

Somebody who was assigned a ticket gets no button. The page answers for the whole order, so the button goes to the person who placed it.
Put a Canceling their ticket button beside it for people who can't come.
You can change the words on that page in Customize. The question and the thank-you are under Before the event, as Still coming: the question and Still coming: answered.
  4. Send it

Each confirmation shows on the ticket's Activity as Said they’re still coming.

  5. To remind people, send another message to the ones who haven't answered

In Narrow it down, choose Still coming, then Haven’t said yet. Send it as often as you like. Anyone who has pressed the button drops out of the count.

    Moving from Tito Pro?

This replaces reconfirmations. There's nothing to switch on for a ticket type, and you can remind the people who haven't answered as many times as you like. Once somebody says they're coming, it stays recorded for the event.

Still stuck?

You can let someone at Tito sign in to your account for a set time, and see every visit they made.
