Create an order yourself

Take a booking over the phone or at the door, without sending anyone to the event page.

1. From the Orders header, select New order

   Your eventOrders

2. Enter the First name, Last name and Booker email

   This is who the order and its emails belong to. View all name fields opens a title, middle name, suffix and what they go by. It opens on its own when any of them already has something in it.

3. Build the selection

   Any ticket type, including ones that are fully booked or off sale, and anything else the event offers alongside them. Each line takes a quantity, and the price is the standard one.

   Each row says whether it's on sale and how many are left.

   A row reads Off sale when the public can't buy it, and Fully booked when there are none left. You can still put either on an order, and Tito makes room for it after asking you.

   Anything set to Included on a ticket type arrives on its own.

   Its row says which tickets bring it. The order gets one free with each of those tickets, exactly as it would if somebody bought them on the event page, so a quantity there is only for extras on top.

4. Answer anything under Order details

   The link in the heading says how many there are, and opens them. A question that only some tickets bring up says so underneath it, naming those tickets. Everything else is asked on every order.

   Every question here is optional, including ones the event marks required.

   Answers you do fill in are stored exactly as if the booker had given them.

   A question you leave blank stays with the tickets.

   It's asked when somebody names who that ticket is for.

5. Check what it comes to

   Order value appears under the selection: the amount before tax, each tax rate on its own line, then the total. A price you type is taxed the same way as that offering's published price.

6. Set a price for the whole order, if you agreed one

   Order amount is for a figure you agreed for everything together, like a sponsor rate. The booker pays that instead of the total above it. The box shows what the order comes to in gray, so leaving it alone charges that figure.

   We work out the difference and show it as you type.

   Order value ends with what the booker will actually pay, and a line under the price box says how much came off or went on.

   The tickets keep their own prices, and the difference becomes a line of its own.

   What to call the difference appears once the price you typed comes to something other than the total, and it names that line. The booker sees those words on their payment page and on their receipt, and you see them on the order itself. Leave it blank and Tito names it for you: Discount when money came off, Surcharge when it went on.

   A price above the total works the same way. The line is an amount added rather than taken off.

   A booker can't change an order you priced this way.

   The price was agreed for the tickets that are on it. If they need something different, cancel the order and create another.

7. Or price the tickets one at a time

   Or price tickets individually puts a price box on every line and takes the Order amount box away. Use it when one person's ticket is what changed, rather than the total.

   A donation keeps its amount box either way, because that box is how you say how much was given.

   An empty price box means the published price. Clear one and that line costs what the ticket costs on the event page. Type 0 if you mean it to be free.

8. Choose how it's paid

   Complimentary issues the tickets now and charges nothing for them. Paid offline issues them now too, and records the order as paid somewhere outside Tito. Payment required creates a payment link you can email the buyer.

   Nothing is picked for you here.

   The first two both issue the tickets on the spot, and they do opposite things to your figures. A complimentary order adds nothing to your income. One recorded as paid offline adds what it comes to.

   Complimentary takes the price boxes off the screen.

   Pick one of the other two if you need to name a figure.

   Payment required needs a way to be paid.

   The event needs Stripe or PayPal connected, or bank transfer turned on. Until then the option says so and the order can't be created.

9. Select Create order

   A complimentary order collected no money, so there is none to send back.

   If the buyer later buys something from their own order page, they pay for that part by card, and we can refund that part.

   The warning names anything in the order that has run short.

   Make more available and continue raises the quantity of whatever ran out.

   An answer to a question none of the chosen tickets ask comes back for you to sort out.

   The form says which tickets ask it. Add one of them to the order, or clear the answer, and select Create order again. Nothing you typed is lost in the meantime.
