Invite several people at once
Type or paste a list of people straight into a table, without making a file first.

A name on its own is enough, and so is an email address on its own. With an address you can send them their invitation. Without one you hand the personal link over yourself.

Set the Ticket type on each row, or leave it
Each row starts on Anything the list offers, which is what an invitation means when you haven't narrowed it: the person picks from everything the list hands out. Choose a type and that one invitation offers only that. Fill down, under the heading, copies the first row's answer to every row below it.

Set Tickets and They can change the name and email you entered
These are asked once and apply to everybody in the table. On an event with more than one list, pick the list here too.

Select the button at the foot
It counts what will actually happen, so a table with eleven usable rows reads "Invite 11 people".
Nothing sends.Creating an invitation never emails it, here or anywhere else. Send them from the invitations list when you're ready. See Send an invitation.
What the list still decides
What a ticket costs the person you invite, and how long the invitation lasts. Change either on the list and every invitation on it changes with it. See Invitations.
To charge one particular person something different, or give them their own deadline, use One at a time instead. See Invite someone to claim tickets.
What it tells you before it writes
If there's anything worth a look, the first press shows it and writes nothing. Press again and it goes ahead.
Going ahead gives that person a second invitation, which is sometimes exactly what you want.
A row we can't use is named on the row itself and skipped. Everybody else still goes in, and the rows we couldn't use stay on the table with what you typed still in them.
When to use a file instead
The table takes a name, an address and one ticket type. A CSV can carry an identifier, a different allowance per person, and answers to your questions. It also has no 250-row ceiling. See Invitations.
