Leave Stop attendees changing their details switched off
It is off to begin with, so there is nothing to do here unless you want to take those changes away.
That covers two things. Each attendee can correct their own name, email and answers from their ticket. The buyer can correct the questions asked once of them at checkout, from the order page. Switching it on leaves both to you.

Tick Let people change or cancel their own orders if you want that too
They do it from their own order page, where Cancel tickets opens one screen holding both choices: take a single ticket off the order, or cancel the whole thing. Each still asks them to confirm. The refund goes back to the card they paid with. On an order that cost nothing, the pages say it was canceled and mention no refund at all. People can change or cancel until sets its own cutoff, separate from the one above.

Self-service refunds move money with no review step.It never touches invitation or portal orders, and the links only appear where Tito can send the money back. Somebody whose order was recorded as complimentary, or paid offline, sees no self-service links and has to come to you.
Attendees can pass a ticket to somebody else.Their details page has a link above the fields, Or assign this ticket to someone else. It asks for the new person's name and email and nothing else, then confirms before anything moves. The new address gets its own ticket, the old one gets an email saying the ticket has moved, and the link the old attendee was using stops working.
An assignment offers to clear the previous person's answers. The box is ticked, so the new attendee starts fresh and is asked your questions again. Whoever is passing the ticket on can untick it to send the answers with it. Details you recorded yourself, like a seat number, stay either way. The same choice is on your own reassignment, under Attendees.
The details form starts empty.A ticket link can be forwarded to somebody else, so the form never opens on the name and email already on the ticket. Anyone updating their details types both. What they've already answered to your questions still shows.
A buyer adding tickets is asked about the new people. If you ask questions about attendees, the buyer answers them for each ticket they add, before anything is charged. Required questions have to be answered to get past that step, the same as at checkout. Set When attendees answer your questions and say who each ticket is for to After the order is confirmed and the questions wait for the order page instead.
A PayPal buyer can remove a ticket but not cancel the whole order.Removing refunds against the PayPal payment. Canceling the whole order is card-only for now, so a PayPal buyer has to come to you for that.
The booker manages the whole order is in the same section. It switches the order page to a single code covering every ticket. Scanning it at a door opens a group check-in with counts per type. Per-ticket assignment emails stop sending.
