Offerings
Everything an event offers alongside its ticket types.
What you can do here
There are three kinds here. A Session is something people attend, an Item is something they take home, and a Donation is an amount they give.
Those three nouns are your account's own, so your admin may show different words for the same idea.
An item's own page opens with its price, issued, pending, and what's left. issued counts what's been paid for. pending counts what's being held right now and hasn't been paid for yet. A held item takes stock the same way a paid one does, and goes back on sale if the order isn't paid in time. An item with no quantity set shows ∞.
People see the same count. An item's quantity picker on the event page stops at whatever runs out first, what's left or the most one order may hold, and an item with nothing left keeps its row and reads None left.
Stopping and restarting sales
The On sale switch is beside Edit at the top of an offering's own page. It takes effect straight away, with nothing to save.
Off sale stops new orders and leaves every order that already bought it as it was.

A session's times each have an On sale switch too, on the time's own page, so you can close one time and leave the rest selling.
The session leaves the event page, and a ticket type that includes it stops giving it out. Each time keeps its own setting, so turning the session back on reopens whatever was open before.
When an item belongs to one person
Some items are for a particular attendee: a dinner, a place at a workshop, a shirt in a size. Turn on Ask which ticket each one is for on the item's Advanced tab. People then get an extra step before they pay, choosing a ticket for each one. The item shows on that person's ticket, and at the door.
Good to know
On, it appears on your event page in its own right, and someone can buy it with no ticket at all. Off, it appears only under the ticket types it's connected to, once one of those is selected.
The ticket keeps selling. Bookers past that point get the ticket without the item, and your stock is never oversold. An item somebody is buying outright is refused instead, because they chose it and can choose fewer.
Ask which ticket each one is for wins. Each one has to go on a ticket, so somebody buying them on their own, or buying more of them than they have tickets, is asked to add tickets first. The item still shows on your event page in its own right.
- A newly connected ticket gets a safe default: included for a session, the offering's own price as an add-on for an item, any amount for a donation. Fine-tune it afterwards on the ticket type's own page.
- Limit per ticket caps how many of an item one booker can add per matching ticket in an order. Blank means no limit, and a limit you set reads on the ticket type's own row.
- Reorder, beside New offering, sets the order these appear in on your event page, including among the ticket types.
