Read what comes back, then confirm
The ticket starts working again, its place comes off sale, and what it cost goes back onto the order. Nothing else on the order changes.
Email the attendee, the buyer, or both. Both are off unless you turn them on.
On a paid ticket, the buyer's card won't be charged, and nothing is sent back to them.Only a ticket you canceled with the money kept can come back.If you sent the money back when you canceled, there's no way to take a refund back, so the page says so. Add the person again if they're coming after all, and charge them separately.
If the place has gone, the page tells you before you confirm.Canceling puts a place back on sale, so somebody else may have bought it. Putting the ticket back still works, and the ticket type reads as oversold in Reports until you raise the number on sale.
A ticket on an order you canceled whole comes back from the order. The tickets on it were all stopped together, so they come back together. See Put a canceled order back.
Good to know
- The ticket keeps its reference and its QR code, and a pass already on somebody's phone starts working again on its own.
- Their answers were never deleted, so nothing has to be filled in again.
- A ticket from an invitation or a portal comes back from there, and one leg of a bundle comes back with the rest of its set.
- The same action is available through the API as
