Your account
Email sender
Send ticket and order email from a domain you own, instead of Tito's own address.
What you can do here
Every ticket and order email is sent from an address you chose, so people can reply somewhere you read.
You'll need a domain you own and access to change its DNS records.
Enter the Sending domain, the From address (the part before the @,
like tickets), and a From name if you want one, then select
Set up sender.
That creates three groups of DNS records to add at your domain's own provider:
- DKIM, one CNAME record per DKIM key.
- The mail server record, an MX record on a
mail.subdomain of your sending domain. - SPF, a TXT record alongside it.
Add every one of them exactly as the page shows, type, name and value. Most providers apply a DNS change within minutes, and it can take up to an hour to be visible everywhere. Tito checks in the background, so press Check now when you'd rather not wait.
Good to know
The page shows Waiting for DNS until every one of them checks out. Then it goes Live on its own.
- Remove sender… on the same page takes it back off at any time. Email goes back to Tito's own address immediately.
A record was checked and didn't match, which is different from one that hasn't appeared yet. The usual causes are a missing character, an extra trailing dot, or a value pasted into the wrong field. Check each value against the page exactly, then press Check now again.
